How we work in sport
Sport places constant demands on both the body and the mind. Training, competition, injury, selection, and transition all bring moments where clarity, composure, and self-awareness matter.
EA5 creates space within these environments to slow things down and reset. Through guided audios, in-person sessions, and ongoing support, athletes and teams are given a simple and practical way to reflect, recover, and refocus.
This work can be used across a range of moments, from preparation before competition, to recovery after performance, to navigating injury or time away from the sport. It also supports communication and shared understanding within teams, helping individuals connect more openly and perform more consistently together.
A bespoke approach
The approach is flexible and shaped around the environment. In some settings, this may involve working closely with individual athletes. In others, it may be integrated into a wider team or performance programme.
At the centre of it all is a simple idea: creating the time and space for athletes to understand themselves better, so they can perform with greater clarity and confidence when it matters most.
