"EA5 is hugely beneficial to me. I’ve known for a while that my mindset is something that needs work but I have never in my life known any exercises I can do for that or even looked for any pathways to improvement, it was always something that was an unknown or too hard.
It’s so easy to focus on the physical aspects of life or sport, as there’s always things you can do and exercises to work on to improve various physical attributes.
But with these guided audio sessions, I actually have these exercises to call upon as part of my training plan, where I’m feeling significant improvements with regards to my mental health and they’re doing wonders to help me build a more positive mindset, which is in turn fuelling gains in my physical performances.
Competing at an international level and the training required for success takes its toll and you need a strong mind, I’ve got some way to go but with EA5 I know I’m heading in the right direction and have already benefited from the efforts so far with a recent championships on the world stage. In particular, the 30minute breath work experience was a life saver in the morning of my competition where I was starting to feel the pressure and experienced some self doubt; it picked me up and got me ready to win.
I feel like this has been like a spiritual awakening for me, and I’m so glad to have the EA5 in my corner. Thank you Robbie and Zak for creating something special."
